Let's Collaborate!

I first met Wendy at the inaugural Terra Madre event in Turin many years ago and I recognised a lady with integrity and appreciation. Terra Madre left an indelible impression on those attending and who would go on to blaze a trail for a food revolution. Wendy has held to her principles with the enthusiasm of a teenager.
Ronnie Eunson, Uradale Farm, Shetland

Why become a member of Scottish Food Guide?

Scottish Food Guide’s raison d'être is to showcase and promote the finest food enterprises in Scotland.  We require that each entry be amongst the best of its kind, show genuine commitment to fresh Scottish produce and offer a level of service appropriate to its style of operation.   All listings are carefully selected as a result of recommendations, rigorous research and a visit as appropriate, with dining frequently unannounced.

Scottish Food Guide is independently run with no assistance, financial or otherwise, from public bodies or banner advertising. Furthermore, all purchases and sales generated or facilitated by the Guide are entirely commission free.

Scottish Food Guide promotes local sustainable food production, its associated health benefits and safeguarding of our rural landscape. For every enterprise recommended, there are many that are declined entry.
