A New Season Commences at Cavens

We reopen for the season on Friday 17th March.

We look forward to some of our classic dishes and a few we have been developing. As ever with fantastic local suppliers …. Barony foods for locally smoked salmon and Roe venison. Stuart Houston our Dumfries butcher for Galloway reared beef. Local scallops landed at Kirkcudbright and in high summer world class sea bass caught on day boats from Glen Luce. Offering  a daily changing three course set menu.  As always I will  have an alternative in the kitchen if it’s not what you fancy.

For residents, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast is all inclusive.
