We are excited to be able to welcome customers back indoors from Wednesday 15th July from 12-10pm. Things will not be quite as we know and love it, but we look forward to bringing you a ‘new normal’ with much of what you still love about Whighams.
Social distancing and hygiene measures mean that things look a little different. We have implemented lots of changes. See below for the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
|Are you open for food and drinks?|
Yes you can join us for food or just a drink. Our menus will be smaller than previously to begin with.
Do we need to book?
Yes we will be operating on a bookings only basis to begin with. This is to minimise queuing, please arrive as close to your booking time as possible.
Can I stand at the bar?
All customers will need to be seated. We will be operating on a fully table service basis.
How long can we stay?
Tables wil be yours for 2 hours.
How many people can be in a group?
Our biggest party size is 6. Tables are based on 1 household and tables are not available that allow social distancing within a group.
Do I need to provide contact details?
Yes a member of every group will need to provide contact details for contact tracing if it is necessary. We would advise booking online so we do not need to use up your time slot asking lots of questions?
What hygiene practices are in place?
Extra cleaning practices are already in place. Staff have been fully trained on these. Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the building. You will be asked to use one on entry and have your temperature taken. Staff will be wearing masks or visors.
Will I need a face mask?
Due to restrictions on space for social distancing we require all customers to wear a mask (Unless you are medically exempt) when moving around the building.
|We look forward to seeing you soon|
