Ardross Farm Shop wins ‘Farm to Fork’

Family run Ardross Farm Shop, near Elie in the East Neuk of Fife has won the Farm to Fork award in the inaugural Menu Food and Drink Awards.

Opened in 2005, Ardross Farm Shop was initially started to sell the Pollock family’s beef direct to the customer. Going from strength to strength the aim of the farm is now to produce as much of the produce they sell in the shop on the farm. In addition they work very closely with local suppliers to provide everything you need for a fantastic local meal. Freshly picked squeaky vegetables greet you as you enter the shop followed by an array of products ranging from free range chicken, local venison, jams, ice cream, ready meals and spirits not to forget their home produced lamb and beef.
