As most friends of Cringletie know, we are much focused on our food offering. We were therefore delighted our Head Chef, Iain Gourlay, won a Silver Award in the Lamb category of the recent annual International Salon Culinaire competition.
Using locally produced Tweed Valley lamb, Iain created a rack of lamb with lamb neck bonbons accompanied by stuffed breast of lamb with artichoke and pistachio. It’s going on the menu!
