Suitable for beginners and keen home cooks, these masterclasses are designed to help you master the basics and to enhance and develop your confidence on the kitchen.

Usually eight places (sometimes nine depending on demand!)

All held in our cook school with a view at Ballintaggart Farm.

Timings – 12-5pm (arrival from 12 noon, class starts around 12:30pm)
