In 2019 East Coast Cured did a wee trial collaboration with the Brand Family in East Lothian, by producing a batch of Saucisson Sec and Nduja, using Saddleback pork from their farm. The result was so delicious that since then, they are producing every now and then, a special batch for you to enjoy!
