Fhoir named Scottish Restaurant of the Year at the Scotsman Food & Drink Scran Awards 2024.

This award shows how much amazing hard work our team, past and present, has put into the restaurant, and we are truly humbled to have been chosen among some fantastic restaurants. Without our team,  suppliers, and of course, you – our wonderful customers, none of this would be possible. 

We’re still on a winner high, so now could be the perfect time to come and enjoy a taste of true Scottish dining. Anyway… back to business!

We have a lot coming your way this July, from a chef collab dinner with a Michelin-starred chef, an update on our festival opening times and your first look at a special month of Mixtape supper clubs.

We’re excited for this one! On the 13th & 14th of July, we will be welcoming Conor Toomey, previous Head Chef of Michelin Starred Condita, to Fhior. We are delighted to collaborate with Conor as he looks to showcase some of his latest creations and aspirations.
Featuring a 6-course menu with offerings alternating between both Fhior and Conor, with additional snacks, bites, and petit fours filled in around the edges.
We will be hosting this dinner in our private dining room, with a limited availability of 12 covers per evening.

Festival Dining changes at FHIOR

You don’t need us to tell you how busy Edinburgh gets during the festival season, so we’re fully prepared to bring you the very best food to complement your celebrations.

Throughout August we will be opening an EXTRA lunch service on Friday, ready to fuel your evening, enjoying the hustle and bustle of the Edinburgh Fringe.
