Hebridean Hogget from Macbeths

We are extremely fortunate to have been able to secure some of this amazing hogget from Andrew & Meg Roger of Sunhill Croft on the Island of Bernaray.  The meat from this Hebridean Hogget is dark red with little fat and exhibits a texture and flavour more akin to that of delicate wild game than commercial fat lamb.

The combination of these foraging environments ensures a healthy animal and a meat of aromatic and slightly sea-salty flavour.

So why not treat yourself to the taste of Hebridean wilderness… but we only have a limited amount of this magnificent hogget so get in quickly!
