Chef Scott Smith has invited top chefs from all around the UK , who share Fhior’s passion for creative and sustainable cooking, to join him in Edinburgh for a collaborative series this autumn.
From coast to field and sea to land, you can expect six stunning courses cooked and delivered by chefs from the four corners of the UK, over four dates. Chefs include award-winning Scottish chef Calum Montgomery from Edinbane Lodge on the Isle of Skye, Stevie McCarry from Lir in Northern Ireland, Hywel Griffith from the Michelin-starred Beach House in Wales, and Paul Leonard from Michelin-starred restaurant The Forest Side in England.
