We are delighted to have a new wine on the list & from a Scottish producer nonetheless! It is a wine that Craig & I have had the pleasure of drinking for several years. We first met at an event a few years ago & have been friends ever since. Craig & Jamie not only have a passion for Swiss wine but enjoy walking around a green piece of land with a club in hand hunting an elusive birdie. The Fendant du Valais is made with Switzerland’s most widely planted white grape, Chasselas. Les Deux Cimes creates a deliciously light wine with pale gold hues, aromatic nose of peaches & nuts. Intense fruit of white peaches & apricots, some green herbs, with a streak of minerality & a long finish. We cannot wait for you to dine with us & enjoy this wine too!
