We are delighted to have a small amount of Rare Breed Portland Hogget available which we are selling as whole and half hogget boxes as well as some individual cuts. We have had a couple of releases of this amazing Portland hogget already and we have had some awesome feedback on it so please do take the opportunity to get some before it is all gone.
The meat from this is, as you would expect of a native breed, exceptional in terms of taste and texture. We dry age this hogget for 10 to 14 days to bring out the natural flavour of this exceptional meat.
