Shop OnlineWhen can I order for Christmas? Our best before dates reach well into the New Year so you can order for Christmas now! Our meats are ambient stable & don’t need to be refrigerated. Store them somewhere dark, cool & out of direct sunlight.

Our meats are not infinite. (Sad but true!) We are doing our very best to produce as much as we possibly can on the run up to Christmas with our tiny team of 3.5.

Steven has been shut in the production kitchen until mid-December. Janiv, Pascal & Thea are doing an excellent job on the other side of the curing room and Susie and Kirsty are filling in where they can. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

We will keep the online shop stocked (as much as we possibly can!) and will continue to do a large restock on a Wednesday afternoon.

Final shipping dateWe would encourage you to get your orders placed well in advance of this date but for those of us that are a wee bit more last minute, Friday 20th December is our final shipping date. Do bear in mind that we work with third party shipping companies & once our packages have left us we (much to our dismay) have no control.
