Belhaven Smokehouse News…Fergus Ewing MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy & Connectivity, visited Belhaven Smokehouse this week to officially open their new factory extension and view first-hand the achievements of this top notch family business.

Established over 40 years ago Belhaven has grown from strength to strength. Originally specialising in fish farming with added value to their produce by gutting, filleting and smoking trout they sold direct consumers. They diversified to smoking Shetland salmon, local white fish, meat and cheese and grown steadily. The new specially designed premises reflect the need to keep pace with FSS demands for quality and food safety controls, and their traceability is second to none. http://www.belhavensmokehouse.com
