We’re opening the shop up for the first time since lockdown because we’ve missed all of your lovely faces! (We’re of course still available online too)
It will be a bit different, for all of us, as we need to comply with the COVID19 regulations. So, we’ll be limiting the number of customers in the shop at any one time to 10 and all customers must wear a mask, use the provided hand sanitiser and observe social distancing.
If you are not wearing a mask, we can still serve you but you won’t be allowed inside the shop – sorry!
We will also not have toilet facilities on site and ask that only card/contact payment is used.
Unfortunately, we still have no plans to open the cafe any time soon as we’re looking for new tenants, but there is still plenty to see and do here. Both Quercus Garden Plants (Quercus) and Junk Shop Antiques (Junk Shop Antiques) are also open with lots of lovely goodies on offer.
As you all know, we are passionate about organic farming and produce here at Whitmuir and the benefits that buying and eating organic has for people, plants, the planet and farm animals. There’s lots of interesting and useful information about eating and buying organic produce over at Soil Association (SA) and it is Organic September, so let’s celebrate! (Organic September).
Keep safe and well everyone, Heather and Pete and the Whitmuir Team.
