Wonderful Produce from Ardshealach

As we are dedicated to the Scottish traditional smoking method, we only add sea salt, a pinch of sugar, and the lovely smoky taste of our whisky barrel oak chips. The salmon will be smoked in our traditional kiln and given as much time as needed to be enhanced in our unique smoky flavour. With the right timing of our traditional smoking methods and the right quantity of salt, sugar and whisky barrel oak chips, we ensure that our products withhold an outstanding quality taste.
