Proud to supply ‘from a croft to a castle.’ Letterfinlay is still a family run Specialist Food business supplying hotels, restaurants and private customers throughout the Highlands & Islands of Scotland.
They supply Scottish Beef, Lamb, Venison and game from their own butchery. Their fishmonger supplies fresh Scottish salmon and shellfish as well as traditionally smoked Scottish salmon.
Their deli range offers their own traditionally smoked wild venison, Argyll ham, Lorne beef, smoked chicken and duck not to mention some of the finest Scottish farmhouse cheeses plus a range of Highland oatcakes and biscuits.
They are one of the few remaining Highland smokers who use the traditional methods of smoking. Prime cuts of wild Scottish Venison, Beef and Pork are smoked gently over oak logs, following an old Highland recipe, producing the finest smoked meats.
Letterfinlay Smoked Salmon is smoked at their Corpach smokehouse, in the shadow of by Ben Nevis.
