A small family farm, renovating their derelict corn mill and smoking their own lamb on farm near Castle Douglas. They designed and created their own smoker – constantly tweaking and improving, creating mouth-watering results! I must say it’s pretty impressive!

Their delicious home-smoked product is now available via their website, created with care and attention in small batches. The family featured on Our Family Farm Rescue on Channel 5 where they received an incredibly warm reception and support for their family.

The meats are moist and succulent and, when buying a joint as we did, it can be successfully be re-heated or enjoyed cold (pictured as both)
