This is a hands-on cheese making workshop where you’ll learn how to make two types of cheese in a group of no more than six people. Led by one of our two cheese making experts, Stephen and Alina, this is a fascinating introduction to the magic of cheese making. You’ll learn a quick way to make soft cheese which can be easily replicated at home. You’ll also make a pressed cheese, following the steps we use to make The Ethical Dairy cheeses, which you will then mature at home. In total you’ll make around 1kg of cheese to take home.
