Building their own distillery in the heart of Edinburgh is no mean feat but that’s exactly what founders Matt Gammell and Marcus Pickering did! They launched Pickering’s Gin in 2014, 4 months later becoming the official gin for The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, with the release of a Navy Strength Gin topped with a busby. Among their current partners are The Royal Yacht Britannia & Royal Navy. They have now also launched two whiskies:two whiskies in their range, The Broody Hen Blended Scotch Whisky and The Broody Hen 10-Year-Old Single Malt. The blend arrived first in 2022, with the single malt arriving in 2023
