Profile
Ovenstone 109 is an artisan brewery in the East Neuk of Fife with a mission to produce delicious beer that benefits the local economy and is kind to Planet Earth, Ovenstone is well on its way, striving to be green in sustainable technology in the process.
Ovenstone is now (opened May 2021) home to Eatooterie@Ovenstone109. Open 12-10pm for scrumptious Ardross, Pasture-for-life, steak burgers and lovingly crafted Ovenstone ale on draught! Veggie burgers too as well as coffee and the usual drinks list. Also with a super App to book to be sure of a table.
The booking system means you can get a nice quiet day out without a Q and relax in the only place in Scotland (probably) that uses an old oil rig structure as a burger bar/viewing platform! Just follow the links to table bookings on our website.. www.ovenstone109.com
An entrepreneur in engineering, MD Nick’s biography is fascinating on their website – from Space Shuttles to special brews! They now produce two styles of beer, a Golden Ale at 4.3% and a Blonde at 4.0%. Next up will be an 80 Shilling. And if you want to know why ‘109’ that’s on the website too…well worth a read.
As East Neuk locals they are proud of their heritage and their brand names reflect that sense of place: Terra Nova and Fifie. They are popular beverages and been very well received, flying off the shelves at their nearest stockist, Ardross Farm Shop, a one stop shore for all your meal requirements. You can pop into Ovenstone Brewery, buy online and buy on draught from nearby places to eat – check out their weblink for full details. Tours? Not yet…however their ‘pop in and see’ philosophy will welcome you when they are about!
If you are looking for a Venue in Fife this could be perfect for you too as Ovenstone 109 hosts ceilidhs, events and exhibitions in its light and spacious building, formerly a tractor showroom!
