Ross is always happy to show guests around The Torridon’s two-acre kitchen garden before they dine to give them a deeper experience at 1887.
The garden offers a superb crop of apples, blackberries, raspberries, potatoes and carrots. There are other vegetables most of the year as well, and a wide selection of herbs. These are all actively used in the kitchen, bringing fresh food and unique tastes to the table.
