Winners of Scottish Baking Award 2015 & 2016 and Members of Slow Food Chef Alliance. Ali and Bob are passionate about local produce and Slow Food supporters.
Ali’s gluten free cheesecakes and desserts are hugely popular and her scones are award-winning and delicious. She is also a whizz with what she calls her vegetable cakes using carrots, courgettes, pumpkin etc in season – moist and so tasty! This salted caramel, apple and apple cider cake pictured is sensational. Here also is Ali demonstrating at Royal Highland Show 2018.
