At the heart of the relaunch is our new charcoal-fired grill: a way of cooking inspired by our grandparents’ village in Italy, where food was cooked outdoors, simply and honestly, over flame.
Expect dishes shaped by the season and the fire — Scottish fish and meats, Winter vegetables roasted slow and sweet, and pasta rolled fresh every morning.
