After an extraordinary 32 years, our beloved Chef Tony will be leaving Knockinaam Lodge at the end of April. Since arriving on our doorstep by chance in 1994, Tony has been at the very heart of everything we do, bringing his own distinctive culinary style, numerous achievements and awards, and a spirit that has touched guests and team members alike. Knockinaam became his second home, and we could not be more grateful for his dedication, creativity, and yes, his daily singing in the kitchen.
