East Neuk Seaweed – On the Rocks Seaweed Experience
On the Rocks Seaweed Experience is four hours in the intertidal zone, hands in the water, boots on the rocks, finishing with a five-course tasting menu cooked over open flame using what we’ve foraged that day. £65 for adults, £15 for ages 5 to 16.

Seaweed Taster is a gentler 90 minutes on the upper shore and splash zone, getting your eye in for edible seaweeds and coastal plants, with a tasting of pre-prepared dishes they’ve put together. A good way in if you’re not quite ready for the full immersion. £45 for adults, £10 for children.

Both come with written resources to take home, safety considerations taken care of, and the kind of conversation that’s hard to have anywhere but at the water’s edge! Sturdy boots and weather-ready clothes are all you need to bring.
