BBQ inspiration
Cheese deserves a place on every barbecue.
Try adding slices of Connage Cheddar or Gouda to burgers during the last few minutes of cooking for the ultimate melted topping. Or warm a whole Clava Brie in a foil dish on the barbecue until soft and gooey, then serve with crusty bread for everyone to share. It makes a brilliant starter while the main event is cooking.
