We have refreshed the menu to put even more focus on the things we make here on the farm — our cheeses, and our own Tamworth x Black pork (which becomes our bacon, ham, and sausages). Look out for dishes like Lanark Blue & Sherry Rarebit, and Fondue Fries — three of our cheeses melted into a fondue and poured generously over chips. This weekend’s special is a classic ham, egg, and chips — given the Errington’s treatment with top-quality ingredients and our own reared pork.
