Summer is on the menu! (Even if the Scottish weather hasn’t quite got the memo).

The kitchen is buzzing with the arrival of beautiful seasonal produce. Isle of Wight tomatoes paired simply with bufala mozzarella, basil granita and aged balsamic, while bluefin tuna crudo with pickled nectarines brings a taste of long afternoons by the sea.

Our charcoal grill is fired up for Summer! Grilled mortadella skewers with lemon and oregano have quickly become a favourite, alongside our impressive 500g Stobbs Farm pork chop.

Returning by popular demand, crab ravioli combines sweet crab, tomato and sea vegetables, while our compressed watermelon salad with pecorino, strawberries and mint captures everything we love about Italian summer dining – fresh, vibrant and made for sharing.
