Demijohn’s Big Spring Weekend takes place from Sat 23rd to Mon 25th May at Glenlair Steading and is free to attend.
What is our Big Spring Weekend?
Now in its third year, our Big Spring Weekend is a celebration of fine art, food & drink as part of our local, region wide Spring Fling Open Studios event with over 100 exhibiting artists throughout Dumfries & Galloway.
Within Glenlair Steading we are championing the best of local food and drink with our Demijohn Store, Cocktail Bar and pop up Cafe.
Our Big Spring Weekend really is the very best of local art, food and drink – the perfect way to spend a sunny May bank holiday weekend with your friends and family in one of the most beautiful parts of rural Galloway.

Our highly-anticipated, annual music festival
That is right, tickets are now on sale for Glenlair Feastival 2026, our popular Summer music, food and drink festival on the farm will be held on Sat 15th August 2026.
