We are extremely lucky to have been able to secure some of this amazing hogget from the team at Fearn Farm in Tain.
The meat from this Hebridean Hogget is dark red with a little fat and exhibits a texture and flavour more akin to that of delicate wild game than commercial fat lamb.
Fearn Farm are great friends of Macbeth’s so it is a real privilage to have some of their awesome produce available.
