And what a year it has been so far. We always get a drop of snow at this time of the year (according to photos of previous years that keep flashing up on my phone) but this year we have had a lot. Thankfully we have livestock that get through the conditions remarkably well and far better than us humans! It does also turn our already beautiful countryside into something even more spectacular.
Unfortunately it does mean that the Haggis Hunt has been delayed
but we are onto it now and the folks in the shop are working hard to prepare them for Burn’s Night.
