News from Errington Barn

Looking ahead, we’re busy planning Cheese Club evenings starting in February — a perfect way to enjoy seasonal flavours, delicious cheeseboards, and good wine in a relaxed evening setting — more info on those next week. We’re also looking forward to celebrating Burns’ Night on 25 January with a cosy supper featuring classic Scottish dishes.

Now, as we turn our focus to the farm, lambing season is just around the corner. Our tours are back this year, and while we cannot guarantee lambs being born during your visit, many guests on last year’s tours were lucky enough to witness it — a truly special experience.

BURNS NIGHT SUPPER –

Sunday 25 January | 6–8pm | £50pp

Join us for a relaxed Burns’ Night supper at the Barn. On arrival, enjoy a dram of Wheyski* as a toast to the bard, then settle in for a set three-course menu celebrating classic Scottish flavours. The evening begins with a Scottish grazing board, followed by the haggis, neeps, and tatties, with the traditional address to the haggis, and finishes with a delicious cranachan.

* a contemporary nod to traditional whisky, made using whey from the cheesemaking process at Isle of Mull Cheese.

Lambing Tours –

Saturdays and Sundays | 7, 18, 24, 25 & 31 January | 1, 7, 8, 14, 15 February 11am–12pm | £15pp

Perfect for families, food lovers, and anyone curious about life on the farm.

Farm Tours & Cheese Tasting
