As we bring service at The Gannet to a close at the end of the year, there is plenty of time to come and have a final Gannet Experience before we close and transition to Eleven Fifty Five.
Peter McKenna, chef-owner of The Gannet in Glasgow, along with his highly regarded and ken-speckled Maître D’ Kevin Dow, are set to open their new restaurant, Eleven Fifty Five, in February 2026. Their dedication to local and artisan produce will continue and I for one can’t wait to visit.
