Service at The Gannet closed at the end of 2025. Peter McKenna, chef-owner of The Gannet in Glasgow, along with his highly regarded and ken-speckled Maître D’ Kevin Dow, are set to open their new restaurant, Eleven Fifty Five, in February 2026. Their dedication to local and artisan produce will continue and I for one can’t wait to visit.
