What a clean, pure white and quite stunning salt. The texture of the crystals are not uniformed and they crumble easily between your fingers – how we like it. The taste is briny, ozone fresh with lots of clean tasting minerality. A harmonious salt with so much depth of flavour. Absolute perfection.
Smoked ⭐⭐
The aroma is full-on smoke and the flavour profile suitably well judged. There is a sweetness that rounds off the smoke on the palate. We started to think of uses… a good sign in itself.
Seaweed Blend ⭐
This is a strongly flavoured product with a defined marine flavour. The wakame/saline balance is well-judged, with the wakame softening the salty notes. It has attractive, visual appeal.
