Salamiland Open Day

On Sunday 7th December, 12–4pm, we’re throwing open the doors for a festive Salamiland celebration. Expect an East Coast Cured & Bludge Wine pop‑up, plenty of good cheer, and the chance to peek behind the scenes with bookable tours of our production space. It’s a rare opportunity to see how we work, taste what we love, and share it all with our community.

We’ve wrapped up our wholesale pre-orders, so everything coming through the curing room now is for you – our online shop, festive markets, and events. Curing takes time (and a bit of magic), but we’re harvesting and restocking weekly.
