Spring at Prestonfield

At Prestonfield House, this vibrant, sweet–tart treasure has long held a special place at our table — a nod to the estate’s historic kitchen gardens and Scotland’s proud tradition of cultivation. Prestonfield was the first estate in Scotland to propagate rhubarb in the eighteenth century, and it is still grown on the estate and used in our kitchens today. Rhubarb brings both colour and character to our dishes — a seasonal ritual we celebrate with quiet reverence each year. It is only fitting that our restaurant, Rhubarb, takes its name from this most characterful of ingredients, a proud emblem of seasonality, provenance and enduring heritage.

Embrace the new season at Prestonfield with 20% off our best available rate. Stay two nights between 1st March and 30th April and be welcomed with Prestonfield Champagne and a full Scottish breakfast each morning.
