| Rhubarb Restaurant: Sir Alexander Dick owner of Prestonfield, was renowned for introducing Rhubarb to Scotland back in 1746. Today, this historical connection is kept alive at Prestonfield, where the same Rhubarb continues to flourish in our grounds and is a staple ingredient in our culinary creations.
