Welcome to new members East Neuk Orchards. Duncan & Lisa’s home is Gillingshill, tucked away in a hidden beautiful corner of the Kingdom of Fife. Within their home they have created ‘Home away from Home’ accommodation in the East Neuk of Fife.
When Lisa wanted to make the most of their plentiful apple orchard, East Neuk Orchards was born. With a background in botany and landscape architecture, she’s the perfect candidate for such an enterprise, specialising in selected apple varieties. Duncan is the mechanical brain behind the apple pressing, pasteurising and maintenance. His technical know-how make them a winning combo for the most delicious range of apple juice.
This beautiful established orchard with old varieties has been extended into further meadows of new saplings; established trees and new additions as the orchard grows slowly and sensitively, nurturing and growing naturally with no artificial inputs.
Their on-farm production is equally environmental, taking care with minimum waste or plastic, and preparing consistently top notch juice fit for the finest crystal, an alcohol free dinner option, a refreshing picnic drink or an inspiring recipe ingredient. Nearby stockist is Ardross Farm Shop.
