The Demijohn News – Elderflower Vinegar is back in stock!
Two weeks ago Frances, Loulou and I picked a heap of precious elderflower on our farm here in Galloway.
The flowers have now been magically transformed into our hugely popular Elderflower Vinegar which is finally back in stock after selling out late last year.
Elderflower Vinegar can makes a delicious, gentle dressing for a leafy Summer salad with some good olive oil or infused rapeseed oil.
Warning! Once it has been tried it is hard to not to suffer a slightly healthy addiction, sorry about that.
