Now that the cows and calves are out, it’s the perfect time of year to book a tour of our farm. The tour is led personally by our farmer, David Finlay who pioneered cow-with-calf dairy farming on our farm, and it takes place once a week, on Tuesday afternoons.
You’ll hear an explanation of our farming system and how our approach differs from conventional dairy farming. David will explain what soil carbon sequestration is, he’ll talk about the ecology of our farm, and the increase we’ve seen in biodiversity. And, of course, he’ll answer any questions you have.
