Our new Summer Menu is inspired by the Italian summers that shaped my food memories . Bus rides to the spiaggia libera, tomatoes still warm from my grandparents’ garden, whole watermelons cooled in buckets of seawater beneath our beach umbrella for the last swim of the day , evenings around the charcoal grill, and long lunches where three generations gathered around one table.
