| Easter Ordering With Easter being early this year it’s not long until Easter weekend. With lots of family get togethers organised we’ve put together a quick guide to our favourite roasts for Easter. As always we will have plenty of food in the shop over Easter. However, if you are looking for a specific cut at a certain size, we would advise you to order it. You will find all the details you need in the link below. Don’t forget, if it’s easier, you can pick up meat ahead of time either frozen or fresh and freeze it yourself. We have done extensive tests and cannot tell the difference between meat when it’s been frozen. Obviously lamb is the obvious choice for Easter, however mutton is a delicious alternative. Packed full of flavour and slightly cheaper than lamb we’d definitely recommend trying this, often overlooked, meat. |

| Lamb boxes are back again this year, a really cost effective way to buy our lamb. It’s a wonderful way to buy sustainably and consume meat nose to tail. You can buy either whole or half lamb boxes and they are made up with our own lamb, from our farm, 100% grass-fed and Pasture for Life assured. It’s matured on the bone and butchered by our butcher. Each box will contain a selection of cuts including: shank, leg roast, mince, diced lamb, rack, double loin. These will be on sale until they sell out. |
