I first met Wendy at the inaugural Terra Madre event in Turin many years ago and I recognised a lady with integrity and appreciation. Terra Madre left an indelible impression on those attending and who would go on to blaze a trail for a food revolution. Wendy has held to her principles with the enthusiasm of a teenager.
