Ingredients
- 1 bag of seasonal greens Fingerpost from Hardiesmill Farm Shop
- Pickled cucumber
- Pickled nasturtium seeds/capers
- Croûtons made with Sunrise loaf
- 2 hard-boiled eggs quartered
- Dunlop crowdie or a Scottish Cheese Trail cheese of your choice
- Dressing:
- 3 parts Summer Harvest Rapeseed Oil
- 1 part Demijohn vinegar
- Allan’s Apple Chilli Sauce a generous shake according to taste
- Blackthorn Scottish sea salt
- Milled black pepper
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp Ardross honey

Instructions
- Rinse greens, tear and place in salad bowl.
- Scatter over croutons
- Place all salad dressing ingredients in a jar, replace lid tightly and shake well.
- Scatter salad with remaining ingredients, seasoning eggs with additional salt, then drizzle with the dressing.
