My ‘On the Rocks’ workshops kicked off at the start of the month, and we were blessed with brilliant spring sunshine for every single one. Nearly 200 of you came out to the shore with me last year! That still catches me slightly off guard when I say it aloud. Your enthusiasm has pushed me to expand, and now I’ve moved into a larger, dedicated preparation space in the heart of the East Neuk, which means I can supply the same hand-harvested sea vegetables I send to restaurant kitchens directly to you at home.
