Their bakery also has a fabulous cafe and is at Eskmills Business Park.

Ben’s dedication to provenance extends not only to carefully sourcing specific flours and grains for his delicious nutritious loaves but also milling much of it in-house to ensure exactly the product he desires. There is a great range of loaves from wholegrain to focaccia, baguettes to rye breads and multiseed all available via the online shop for wholesale and home delivery in Edinburgh. They also minimise their use of plastic and collaborate to reach zero-waste in all they achieve. Ben is a trailblazer and many local restaurateurs appreciate and regularly order his loaves.

The cafe, with seating inside and out, is light and airy with full height windows into the bakery – a viewing gallery into the heart and soul of Company, as they measure, knead, shape and bake. The cafe also sells a selection of other carefully selected gastronomic favourites. Apart from a wonderful range of loaves on sale, there are cookies, gourmet sandwiches & patisserie to savour with your tea & coffee.

With new ventures and projects, watch this space for news of their collaborations and grains coming soon.

After years of wholesale, they turned their attention to keeping homes well-fed and hope to help foster strong communities with their new delivery service, encouraging locals to collaborate & order.  To Order Online
