Members of the prestigious Scotch Beef Club their world class beef is sourced in Forres. Menus change daily and their whisky collection is also very impressive. Menus are carefully and attentively prepared to an exceptional standard using the very best local ingredients. Dishes include game terrine, smoked mackerel & apple pate, saddle of Scotch lamb with port & plum jus, Scotch beef with Drambuie, wild mushroom risotto and a delicious range of desserts.
