Kinloch is a historic destination country house hotel on Skye and was home to the Clan Chief Macdonald. Lady Claire and Godfrey, Lord Macdonald, for many years ran Kinloch, then in the expert hands of their daughter Isabella. It is now (September 2026) under new ownership and we look forward to meeting them. With stunning grounds and graceful rooms, you will have a wonderful experience… and the bedrooms are gorgeous.
Whilst Kinloch’s dinners are exceptional, it is also valuable to have wonderful places for tourists to experience fine food at other times of the day and at Kinloch one can enjoy a light lunch or an afternoon tea too.
