House of Bruar has developed from an excellent foodie stop with an incredible cheese counter, charcuterie, and carefully selected ladies and gents’ clothing, into a very substantial retail outlet – delicatessen, kitchenware, clothing, home and garden, restaurant even an upmarket fish n chip shop.
The Restaurant has local butchers’ sausages and haggis, gourmet seafood counter and tasty buffet options. Breakfast options, soups, light dishes and substantial feasts. Counter service and absolutely delicious!
The Food Hall is superb including a Q Guild Butchery department and massive Cheese Counter. There is charcuterie & bakery, teas & coffees, with an excellent range of seafood too. You will see many well known Scottish brands alongside whiskies, gins and liqueurs. Remember to take your chill bag to it all bring home. By the way there are also the beautiful Falls of Bruar so you can walk off that chocolate cake afterwards! Their hampers make wonderful gifts.
The homeware has every kitchen serving & cookware you could wish for in an incredible range of designs. There’s also art and textiles and children’s clothes.
